Bob has been a Real Estate and Development attorney for over 40 years. Bob handles all real estate negotiations for the purchase, sale and leasing of Webstar properties as well as the preparation and/or review of all contracts and financing documents.
Marv Shelby
With training as a mechanical engineer, Marv has 40 years of operations experience. Marv's expertise includes contract management, capital programs, environmental protection, energy conservation and strategic planning.
Ken Triplett
With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Ken is the President of Webstar's preferred contracting firm, Triplett Wellman, Inc. Ken's expertise in estimating construction costs provides accurate pricing, while his job site construction and project management experience keeps projects on track throughout all phases of construction.
Gene Wellman
Gene is a founding principal of Triplett Wellman, Inc, responsible for overseeing projects from the beginning of construction to completion. He manages all labor force requirements for construction and is regularly on site to review safety, progress, schedule and quality control for Webstar projects.
